Refund policy
Order cannot be cancelled after been shipped. In the case you have to cancel an unfulfilled order, 5% fees will apply (95% of your total order will be refunded) covering the non-refundable transaction fees from our payment partner.
Artwork is non-returnable.
Damages and issues
We take the utmost care in packaging the goods, and only use reliable, professional carriers.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately and send some pictures at hello@galleryoz.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
A damage claim should be made within 1 business day of the parcel being delivered.
If you received a defective or damaged item and based on our evaluation, we will proceed with a replacement if available or a refund in a replacement is not possible (sold out artwork).
