Biography: Indonesian, 2000

I Wayan Sarcita Yasa or mostly called Sarcita is a young artist from Tabanan Bali.

Born in 2000, Sarcita is an art student at the Yogyakarta Indonesian Art Institute, he is also an alumnus of SMK N 1 Sukawati (SMSR).

He took ideas from his childhood memories, awareness of past experiences being relived.

The artist believes Art can be a means of processing experiences into beautiful works and providing new experiences for the audience.

Sarcita’s works is an invitation for the audience to feel the emotional turmoil in the form of sadness, joy, melancholy, anxiety, which is a reflection of inner experiences as a means of self-reflection.
